The hype about content management is that technology exists that will, by itself, enable organizations to be more productive and reduce the cost of publishing content.
However, unless an organization has solved the business processes related to creating and generating information, technology can only enable the problems.
There are some basics of any technology project sprinkled through this newsletter. Just wanted to point out another example of sanity when it comes to our technology.
