Carnegie: personal growth

Last year I took the 12-week Dale Carnegie course that covers their five drivers: Self-Confidence, Human Relations, Leadership, Public peaking, and Overcoming Fear & Worry. I really enjoyed it and found the concepts a great extension to what I have been doing in my life.

A few weeks ago, the instructor contacted me to ask if I would be a Graduate Assistant (GA) for a course she was assigned at the last minute. I accepted, partially because I am unemployed and have the time, but more because I figure this is an opportunity to revisit the ideas and have a new look at myself and where I am a year after the first course.

Class started last week and goes through the end of April. It's in the evening, so it shouldn't interfere, even if my proposals get accepted. (It looks like my first one is "close.")
